Order Processing

We prepare all orders with the same care we’d want for our own bikes:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive tracking information via email

Shipping Methods

Choose the delivery speed that matches your training schedule:

  • Standard Shipping (Recommended)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95 USD
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes full tracking and insurance
  • Free Economy Shipping
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50 USD
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs fees and import taxes (excluding remote areas in Asia and other specified regions). These charges are the customer’s responsibility and won’t appear in your SRAM Shop order total.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident our performance-driven components will elevate your ride, we offer a 15-day window for returns or exchanges on most items.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and performance reasons, these components cannot be returned if opened:

  • Brake Pads: Due to material contamination risks
  • Cassettes: If removed from packaging
  • Adaptors: With installation marks present

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Requested action (refund/exchange)
  2. Receive Authorization: Our gear specialists will respond within 24-48 hours with:
    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Detailed return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include:
    • Original packaging with all protective materials
    • Copy of your invoice
    • RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

Refund Details

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Exchange Process

Need a different size or model? Follow the standard return process and:

  • Clearly state your desired replacement in your initial email
  • We’ll ship once original item is received
  • Price differences may require additional payment

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Use traceable carriers (DHL/FedEx recommended)
  • Refunds exclude original shipping/import fees
