While we’re confident our performance-focused components will exceed your expectations, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This policy outlines our straightforward process for cyclists worldwide.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Important Note: For hygiene and performance reasons, the following components cannot be returned once opened:

  • Brake Pads (due to material contamination risks)
  • Cassettes (if removed from packaging)
  • Adaptors (if installation marks are present)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our gear-obsessed team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our facility at 2198 Cinnamon Lane, San Antonio, US 78258 using a trackable service. We recommend insuring high-value components like wheels or derailleurs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, model, or component type):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired replacement item in your initial email
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

For customers outside the US (excluding remote areas):
