While we’re confident our performance-focused components will exceed your expectations, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This policy outlines our straightforward process for cyclists worldwide.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Important Note: For hygiene and performance reasons, the following components cannot be returned once opened:
- Brake Pads (due to material contamination risks)
- Cassettes (if removed from packaging)
- Adaptors (if installation marks are present)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: Our gear-obsessed team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our facility at 2198 Cinnamon Lane, San Antonio, US 78258 using a trackable service. We recommend insuring high-value components like wheels or derailleurs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after inspection
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, model, or component type):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your initial email
- We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
