Most of our components are designed to be compatible with major bike brands, but we always recommend checking product specifications or consulting our team for compatibility questions before purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

All orders ship from our San Antonio hub at 2198 Cinnamon Lane. Processing takes 1-2 business days, with delivery times depending on your chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders $50+): 15-25 business days via EMS
Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! All shipments include full tracking. For Standard Shipping, you’ll get real-time updates from warehouse to your door. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be more limited but you’ll still receive a tracking number.

How can I combine items to qualify for free shipping?
