STRAIGHTPULL HUB TECHNOLOGY

Straightpull hubs are built for straight pull spokes. Like the classic DT Swiss hubs, they are a reference and this is not without reason. The Ratchet System is extremely durable, reliable and thanks to its press-fit design, maintenance is done in minutes, all without tools.

Thanks to the press-fit system, many hubs are convertible with almost all existing axle systems, thus adapting to any bike. The non-contact joint system and the high-precision assembly provide maximum fluidity, ensuring that all the rider’s energy is transmitted to the ground. Finally, the optimized weight of each part makes this classic product a born competition product.

DT PRO LOCK® TECHNOLOGY

A two-component adhesive glue injected into the thread allows for extremely reliable wheel mounting.

DT pro lock® nipples prevent the spoke-nut connection from loosening.

Our patented locking system is based on the fact that the thread pitch of the nipples is pre-coated with a special two-component adhesive

As soon as the nipples are tightened, the two-component glue starts to react and is completely dry after 6 to 7 hours. If necessary, the wheel can be used immediately after assembly. The wheel can be completely uncovered several times, but the adhesive effect decreases with each operation
